Nathaniel T. G. Fogg
Mr. Fogg has been a Partner at Godspeed Capital since the firm’s inception. Godspeed Capital is a private equity investment firm focused on organic and acquisition growth strategies in the lower middle-market Defense & Government services, solutions, and technology markets. Mr. Fogg has over 18 years of relevant experience ranging from management consulting and investment banking to private equity, in which capacity he has been involved in over 50 private equity related transactions in the defense and government market.
Prior to joining Godspeed Capital, Mr. Fogg was the Founder and President of Fogg Capital, an investment and advisory firm focused on executing buy-and-build strategies in the lower middle market of the Defense and Government Services market. Mr. Fogg partnered with founder owned and operated businesses to help them grow organically and via acquisition. Prior to Fogg Capital, Mr. Fogg was Senior Vice President for Corporate Development and M&A at Centerra, a leading Defense & Government Services business. Mr. Fogg was also a founding member and Partner at the Chertoff Group, a national security advisory firm in Washington, D.C., where he established and co-headed the firm’s Investment Banking practice. Mr. Fogg began his professional career as an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton.
Mr. Fogg’s public service career includes having served as the Deputy Chief Operating Officer at the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and as a Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy.
Mr. Fogg graduated with a B.A. from Yale University, and holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Mr. Fogg serves on the Board of Directors of SilverEdge Government Solutions, Stengel Hill Architecture, Crimson Phoenix, Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering, Special Aerospace Services, and BNP Associates, and formerly served on the Board of Directors of Stratus Team and MOREgroup.
